Refund & Returns Policy

We want every game night to be a good one. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

Returns: 30 days

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Unopened games (still in their original shrink-wrap) can be returned for any reason.
Opened games can be returned only if they arrived damaged, defective or incomplete (see "Missing cards & damaged games" below). 

To start a return, email us at info@whydontwenights.com with your order number and the game you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and a return shipping label. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, because returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

Return shipping: Return shipping is free if the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake; otherwise the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund.

Missing cards & damaged games

Missing a card? Box crushed in transit? Received the wrong game? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right, usually by sending a replacement or the missing cards at no cost to you. You don't need to send anything back unless we ask.

Bundles

If you return a game that was part of a bundle (e.g. any 2 for $39.99), you'll be refunded what you actually paid for that game after the bundle discount.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Once it ships, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Bought on Amazon?

Returns and refunds for Amazon orders are handled through your Amazon account. We're still happy to help with missing cards, rules questions or anything else about your game, so just write to us.

Orders outside the US

Returns from Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico follow the same policy. Return shipping instructions will depend on your country, and we'll include them when your return is approved.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different game is to return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want.
